 1) Navigate to the website

 2) Select: Students & Families

 3) Locate the Family Portal under View Your Child's Test Results

 4) Enter the Unique Student Access Code and Date of Birth. Select Sign On

5) If you don't know the Access code, select "Lookup unique access code?"

6) Enter the student's First Name, PEIMS ID, Date of Birth 

 or You can enter the Student's First Name, SSN, or TSDS number if you have it, and Date of Birth.

7) If successfully entered, the six-digit Access Code will appear. 

8) Lastly, click "GO" and the student's testing history will appear.
